WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Orders generally leave the warehouse within 1-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Please allow on average 12-20 working days on average for the United States and Australian orders. Sometimes it may take a little longer.

For Canada and New Zealand please allow on average 15-30 working days, and United Kingdom 20-40 working days on average.

All other countries please allow up to 30-40 days and over, depending where you are located in the world this may vary.

Please note that during holiday periods these time estimates may increase.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most orders are being shipped direct from the manufacturer to reflect the cheapest price for our customers. We ship internationally from fulfillment warehouses in China, America and Australia, depending on the specific items ordered.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
